( okay, so, maybe this isn't the best place to do it and it certainly isn't the most romantic, but yukine can't help but feel that if he doesn't say something now then he might never. why did it have to be The Most Romantic Place™? was there really such a place from the get go? would he even be able to manage it? does it somehow discredit his feelings if he tells her about them while they're on the street and in front of a bright flower shop with a colourful window display? on that end, wouldn't a super romantic place just be awkward?

what if she says no? what then? wouldn't the romantic place just feel ugly and imposing then?

no, he just needs to be honest. say how he feels. then they can go somewhere romantic without strings or expectations attached if she wants to. only if she wants to. maybe it's a day better spent laying down and watching TV or lounging at the park? who knows? it could be anything, but most importantly it'll be fine! it'll be better than fine! he just needs to tell her.
